How long does a groom take?

Our goal is to get every dog home within 4 hours of drop off.

For a la carte appointments like nail trims, we request that pet guardians remain in the lobby as they only take a few minutes. 

On average, most of our grooms take about two hours.

We will contact you when they are ready for pick up. Once we've reached out, you have two hours from then to pick up your dog at no additional charge. Should your dog need to stay longer than two hours after their pick up time, a late pick up fee will apply. See our pick up policy for more details.
